Who We Are
Sabrina Inc. is a Delaware C-Corp that provides AI Chief of Staff services to professional services firms. This policy explains how we handle information collected through our website at sabrinainc.ai and through the Sabrina platform, including data we access from your Google account with your consent.
Information We Collect
Email addresses: When you submit the early access form, we collect your email address to contact you about Sabrina availability and updates.
Chat interactions: When you use the "Ask Sabrina" feature, your questions are sent to our AI service to generate responses. We may log questions to improve the experience but do not associate them with your identity.
Usage data: We collect standard web analytics (page views, browser type, referral source) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
How We Use Your Information
- To send you updates about Sabrina early access and launch (email only — no spam, you can unsubscribe anytime)
- To respond to your questions through the Ask Sabrina chat feature
- To improve our website and product experience
AI-Powered Features
The "Ask Sabrina" chat feature is powered by AI (Claude, by Anthropic). Responses are generated in real-time based on curated information about Sabrina Inc. Responses are not pre-written and may occasionally contain inaccuracies. The AI does not have access to your personal data beyond what you type in the chat.
Google User Data
With your explicit consent, the Sabrina platform accesses data from your Google account solely to provide the assistant features you request. We request the following, and nothing else:

We never sell your Google user data, never use it for advertising, and never use it to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Your data is isolated to your own account: the platform enforces PostgreSQL Row-Level Security, so no other Sabrina user can read it.
Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance
Sabrina’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We use Google user data only to provide and improve the features you explicitly request. We do not use it to serve advertisements, and we do not use it for any purpose unrelated to the functionality you asked for.
Human access is limited. Under normal operation no Sabrina employee can read your Google data — tenant isolation prevents it. We access it only at your explicit request (for example, support you have asked for), for a security investigation such as a suspected breach, or where applicable law requires it. All such access is logged and auditable.
Data Retention and Deletion
You can disconnect your Google account at any time, from your Sabrina settings or from Google Account Permissions. Disconnecting revokes and deletes your stored OAuth tokens immediately.

Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:
- Anthropic: Chat messages are processed through Anthropic's Claude API to generate responses. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train models. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
- Infrastructure providers: Our hosting provider processes data as needed to serve the website.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure infrastructure. For our platform product (separate from this marketing website), we implement PostgreSQL Row-Level Security and SOC 2-aligned practices for client data isolation.
Your Rights
You can request deletion of your email address at any time by contacting us. You can stop receiving emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
Client Data (Platform)
Client data processed through the Sabrina platform is additionally governed by the data processing agreement established during onboarding, which controls where it conflicts with this policy for contracted clients. The Google User Data terms above apply to every Sabrina user regardless of contract. Client data is never used to train AI models.
Changes
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. Material changes will be communicated to email subscribers.
